Fitness, Flexibility & Bellydance (Open Level) | 7:30pm - 8:30pm

Come get a good stretch and sweat on this winter in Chloe’s signature workout class made for dancers! 

Cross-training with alignment, strength, and balance-focused exercises that promote free and elastic movement is one of the best ways to improve your movement quality as a bellydancer. This class will break down unique exercises that focus on expanding your range of motion, pelvic rotation and the front line of flexibility in our bodies. We will finish class with lots of fun and active dancing to get a sweat on and our heartbeats up! 

The dance portion of this class will be semi-beginner friendly, focusing on basic moves, repetition and cardiovascular endurance. 

Bring a mat, a water bottle and any fun fitness or dance outfit that calls to you.

What should I wear?

Please wear something that is comfortable for you to move and sweat in. If you choose to wear shoes in the studio, please wear dance shoes or clean street shoes (non-marking soles only) to keep our floors clean.

Anything else I should bring?

Please bring a bottle of water as there is no water fountain in the studio.
