Join Chloe for a playful and energetic workout class combining bellydance and flexibility training!

This class is open to all levels of dancers and movers.

The dance portion focuses on cardio, repetition, and endurance, offering a great space to drill core bellydance movements and make them stronger. We’ll also work on expanding your range of motion through dynamic and controlled flexibility training. 

Throughout class, you’ll receive basic explanations on the technique and alignment behind both bellydance and flexibility exercises.

Please bring your own mat — it’s required for this class.
