Curious about Chloe’s signature class?
Cross-training with alignment, strength, and balance-focused exercises that promote free and elastic movement is one of the best ways to improve your movement quality as a bellydancer.
The first half of this workshop will start on the mat. Chloe will break down a few unique exercises that focus on expanding your range of motion, pelvic rotation and the front line of flexibility in your body. The second half will finish with lots of fun and active dancing to get a sweat on and our heartbeats up!
The dance portion of this class will be semi-beginner friendly; focusing on basic moves, repetition and cardiovascular endurance.
It is required to bring your own mat! Please bring any additional mats or blocks if you need more cushion for your knees or modifications.
