Bring your own mat to this class! We work on building free and flexible movement through rhythmic and self-oscillating exercises that promote alignment and balance in the body. We often work on the front line of flexibility in our hips, thighs and upper back flexibility. This class focuses on active flexibility and we will keep our bodies warm or possibly sweating.
